FxPro login for Hong Kong readers: FxPro Direct is the Wallet and KYC door. MT4, MT5, and cTrader use separate trading credentials. Mixing those logins is the most common support failure on this desk.

Safe login checklist
- Bookmark the official domain from your welcome mail, not a random search ad.
- Enable 2FA where offered.
- Never paste investor passwords into Telegram or Discord "support".
- If a reset fails, use Direct support paths, not affiliate chat.

Second factors, Hong Kong SIMs and the two MT passwords
If your second factor is an SMS code to a +852 number, that number is now part of your account security. People in Hong Kong change carriers and leave the city often enough that this matters: a dead SIM with your one-time codes on it turns a routine login into an identity-document exchange with support. Move the second factor to an authenticator app where the platform offers one, or at least confirm the recovery path before you travel rather than from an airport.
The other thing worth knowing is that MT4 and MT5 issue two passwords per trading account. The master password can trade. The investor password is read-only and exists so someone can watch your account without touching it. If you want to show a mentor or a signal seller your positions, that is what the investor password is for, and even then it is optional.
