Platform access for Hong Kong: FxPro Direct is the Wallet and KYC door. MT4, MT5, and cTrader use separate trading credentials. Mixing those logins is the most common support failure on this desk. This site has no password form. Official access runs on FxPro Direct / fxpro.com paths only.

Safe access checklist
- Bookmark the official domain from your welcome mail, not a random search ad.
- Enable 2FA where offered.
- Never paste investor passwords into Telegram or Discord "support".

Checking a domain from Hong Kong before you type anything
Two local registers answer the only question that matters on a login page: has this exact URL been reported. The SFC publishes an Alert List of unlicensed entities and suspicious investment websites, and the Hong Kong Police run Scameter, which checks websites, phone numbers and payment accounts against fraud reports. Both take under a minute. Neither is a licence check for FxPro, which is covered on Legal Hong Kong. They tell you whether the address in front of you has a history.
Check the domain, not the brand. Brand names are what get impersonated, so the string after https:// is the part to compare against your welcome mail.
One clock note while you are in the terminal. Hong Kong runs at UTC+8, and MT4 and MT5 servers commonly stamp tickets on a UTC+2 or UTC+3 clock, so a fill will read about five hours behind your phone in summer. That gap is normal and it is not a sign of a mispriced trade. Confirm the server clock in the platform before you raise a timing dispute with support. August 2026.
